Being Famous

In order to track our progress, the Bucknell in France program records a video of us speaking French not only at the beginning of the semester but also at the end of the semester. Although I have vowed to never watch myself on this video, I am actually getting curious. The students who recorded us are the Communications majors at Universite Francois Rabelais. For the cover of this video, they chose the Bucknell student who looked most like a "Presentatrice." What with my excellent posture and shining smile, you can only guess who they chose for the cover, wink wink. Yoursssss trullyyyyyyyyy. Maybe I will watch the video now that I have been given the most compliments than all the other students... I made the other students wait to get autographs until apres la classe, so you can all wait until I get home (Mom, please don't start selling my dirty socks on eBay, yet.)

On another note, I have started reading Harry Potter, in french. Yesterday I bought my copy of Harry Potter et Les Reliques de la Mort to continue my full immersion process. Every night before bed, I was reading my Jodi Picoult book, in english. After a stern lecture from the Bucknell professors about giving into the full immersion, I decided to go to the Boite a Livres (Literally the Book Box) and buy my favorite Harry Potter. Of course when I asked for help to find the book, no one understood until I said, "Je voudrais de trouver les livres de Arry Potter." Once I found the Arry Potter section, the full immersion process began! :) (and I'm on page two- I like to look up the words I don't know! It's educational.)

P.S. My gym plays music videos, basically on repeat. Although I always wear my iPod I finally got curious enough about some of the videos that I looked up the names I could remember. And this song was too good not to share!
